    Start by planing a health and intelligent diet,

    So this is a 4 minute circuit routine to target fat loss, I would have liked to see the demonstrator do a complete 4 minutes of exercises to see how someone in shape responds to this type of workout…….those box jumps looked like it wore him out and he didn’t even do 30 seconds….good tips though thanks

    No. You can’t spot train. Focus on eating right, cutting down portion sizes, and throwing in more cardio. Obviously, strength training as well.

    start with a smaller box n concentrate on sticking the landing…it’ll come eventually…you’ll lose weight and gain a lot of athletism doing this type of training as apposed to static, bodybuilding weights training
