I don’t think it’s 5 minutes… but it is a short time. I know if you want to loose fat and keep muscle its always low fat diet, lots of protein and when it comes to exercise its short burst of intensive cardio, and I mean intensive not a slow walk.

  17. davidmpenwell87 says:

it all depends on how quickly each individual recovers. in the military we ran and did bodyweight training daily and some days we got a chance to lift weights. there is no scientific proven studies that say you cant workout when your sore or that you cant do thsi type or training daily. depends on the individual and how quickly they recover/how muscle their cns can take and really how much motivation they have to push themselves like this everyday

  18. davidmpenwell87 says:

depending on your metabolism too though. and your have to only be able to consider this with maintainence calories because your body may store all that bad food and burn what you already have you dont really get to pick and choose what foods you burn off. a calorie is a calorie to the body it doesnt really care it keeps what it needs and when you go into starvation mode to long it then keeps what it wants…fat. and burns carbs/proteins/muscle because it doesnt want to be ripped it wants to live

  19. davidmpenwell87 says:

he isnt saying that…the turbulence training is circuit training which is a form of aerobic training with anerobic training plus with interval training post workout. the turbulence training workouts are all written like that.

  20. davidmpenwell87 says:

no matter what the numbers say everyones body is different and burns calories at a different rate no matter how long or fast you run on a treadmill you and i are not going to burn the same amount of calories. the screen may read this but it isnt true.

  21. davidmpenwell87 says:

id like to see the proof behind this statement. even 1 scientific study that proves this statement correct within the past 5 years. i am willing to bet you will not find 1updated study proving your statment right. what would even make you think this? i have never even heard anything ever say this. even this circuit training is a cardiovascular workout. and they suggest doing interval cardio work post workout on the turbulence training program so i dont know what the cardio is bad is about

  22. davidmpenwell87 says:

    no unless it is breaded

  23. davidmpenwell87 says:

weightloss is about calories in vs calories out but fatloss and muscle gain are a whole other story. i can consume less calories and lose weight but that would make me a smaller fat guy. i have to change the foods i am eating to burn actual fat and build muscle

  24. scottdavis0676 says:

This video is illuminating, even if it is common sense. Just watching one guy consume copious amounts of calories, while Craig “the running man” Ballantyne, toils away on the treadmill, is comical IMO.

It is true. It doesn’t matter how many miles you run, or how much weight you lift. At the end of the day, if you take in more calories than your body needs,. you will NOT lose fat, period.

  25. krazy16dude says:

So if I walk for an hour at a fast pace everyday, I’ll become weak? You’re a moron.
