		<description>This video is illuminating, even if it is common sense. Just watching one guy consume copious amounts of calories, while Craig &quot;the running man&quot; Ballantyne, toils away on the treadmill, is comical IMO.
 
It is true. It doesn&#039;t matter how many miles you run, or how much weight you lift. At the end of the day, if you take in more calories than your body needs,. you will NOT lose fat, period.</description>

		<description>it all depends on how quickly each individual recovers. in the military we ran and did bodyweight training daily and some days we got a chance to lift weights. there is no scientific proven studies that say you cant workout when your sore or that you cant do thsi type or training daily. depends on the individual and how quickly they recover/how muscle their cns can take and really how much motivation they have to push themselves like this everyday</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s 5 minutes... but it is a short time. I know if you want to loose fat and keep muscle its always low fat diet, lots of protein and when it comes to exercise its short burst of intensive cardio, and I mean intensive not a slow walk.</description>
