Actually I sleep for 7 and a half hours and I drink some casein protein straight before…which takes between 7 and 8 hours to totally digest…so when I take my whey protein it’s just to give my metabolism a boost so I get the most out of my cardio

Well what I do on cardio days is wake up and have a protein shake straight away, wait half an hour for it to digest and then do my cardio…then half an hour after that I start my usual meals
