    He is one of those fitness “gurus”, who are trying to sell you some crap and think of “new” exercises. Actually gaining muscle and loose fat is very simple, eat right and train hard. Thats it. You can do it home with cheap set of dumbbells and a pullup-bar.

    Check out Scooby1962 account, he gives you good advice and he don’t try to sell you some expensive gym memberships or idiotic products.

    Actually I sleep for 7 and a half hours and I drink some casein protein straight before…which takes between 7 and 8 hours to totally digest…so when I take my whey protein it’s just to give my metabolism a boost so I get the most out of my cardio :)

    Well what I do on cardio days is wake up and have a protein shake straight away, wait half an hour for it to digest and then do my cardio…then half an hour after that I start my usual meals
