If that is the case for short-term fasting is based on your protocol found in Eat Stop Eat? Then how about duration of sleep needed and intense exercise? As I am an ectomorph, cortisol is easily triggered as I keep my intense workout to about 45mins. Will that bhe sufficient to trigger GH release?

		<description>You guys should really buy his e-book.  It&#039;s amazing and explains a lot more then he could in a YouTube video.  I&#039;ve seen fantastic results with his recommendation of fasting.  The best thing to do is just try it out.</description>
