Very simply put…I’ve been waiting for this second one. I hope people are able to detect good advice when they hear it. There’s a lot of garbage out there that will only cause trouble. This way, however, you don’t starve yourself, so you won’t end up binging and eventually giving up. And you’re not hungry all the time.

soo in order to maintain i need to erm, stay below 3159 and to lose reduce the 3159 by 500 to lose 1lb a week?! me be right?!
