Pregnancy Cellulite- How can I reduce the appearance of cellulite while pregnant? Exercise tips?


I am only 11 weeks pregnant and have already gained 4 lbs. and have a ton of cellulite on my thighs/legs! I’m so disgusted with myself and I’m not even huge yet! Never had it this bad with my first pregnancy. What can I do to help it?

How do i remove all my cellulite with exercise?


I work out by strength training 2-3 times a week. I do the hamstring leg curls mostly and sometimes the leg press machine. Is that not enough to rid myself of this dimpled rearend?

Does walking help or just break down the fat and cause more cellulite?

What else can I do ! I want smoothness like a 14 year old. Im 22.
