I have the Nivea body Good-Bye Cellulite 30-Day Body Beauty Program. It includes Smoothing Cellulite Gel-Cream and Dietary Supplement Capsules. The expiration date is09/24/2009. even though it is expired is it safe to use?

my mom seems to doubt its effectsd and says that losing weight is the only way to get rid of it. To totally get rid of it i would have to lose about 20 pounds (im 124 pounds) and then id be a stick and ive lost some weight but the cellulite remains..
so does the gel really work (im 16)
